PHASE 2 - ESTABLISH

Having Evaluated the region, the next phase of engagement is to Establish the basis for doing business.  The first priority is to create a Structure to undertake activities in the region. The second priority is to Set Up a presence to facilitate trading. Thereafter, Staff and Suppliers become considerations when establishing or taking on a physical presence.

PHASE 3 - EXPAND

Having Established the basis for doing business in the South Pacific region, the third phase of engagement is to successfully Expand. 

 

Clients may have created the ideal platform for growth but it sometimes doesn’t quite go to plan thereafter, not least because there are many stakeholders involved in growth and it’s not uncommon to find differences of opinion and perception. In addition, the external business environment can change.
